Guarantee & Return Policy

At Blue Ridge Art&Graphics, customer satisfaction is our primary goal.

We use only top quality materials and have an extensive quality control procedure that assures that any printing errors, media defects or other issues will be caught prior to shipping.

There is always the possibility of damage while in transit or other possible problems.


The following issues are covered by BRAG's Guarantee:

  • damage in transit if notified within 48 hours of package acceptance,

  • incorrect dimensions,

  • incorrect media,

  • incorrect print quality,

  • any written instructions made via the web application not executed.

All guarantee/quantity claims must be e-mailed to sales@blueridge-signs.com not later than 14 days after receipt of the shipment and documented with any relevant documents and/or digital photos.

In addition to the written claim sent by e-mail please also contact us immediately via phone (888-961-6661), so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We will assign top priority to reprinting your graphic and having the replacement at your door within a few days.

We may request that the damaged or incorrect graphic be sent to our office before reprinting your graphic.

The following issues are not covered by BRAG's Guarantee:

  • incorrect colors (unless color matching was specifically requested),

  • customer errors (size, media, etc.),

  • customer damage during installation,

  • improper use of the signs such as but not limited to: use of indoor signs in outdoor conditions, incorrect mounting of the signs, damages of the signs generated by severe weather conditions (high winds, hurricanes, flooding, rain storms, tornados and so on) or by other external factors.

Money Back Guarantee

The 5 day delivery to your door Money Back Guarantee is limited by the following terms and conditions:

  1. The 5 day Money Back Guarantee "clock" starts on the date the order is booked, paid in full and includes additional time to assess added costs, proof approval and clarification of any technical issues, whichever event occurs latest. The 5 day period refers to business days excluding weekends and public holidays. The 5 day guarantee period ends at the first attempt by the carrier to deliver the shipment, regardless of whether the delivery attempt was unsuccessful for any reason.

  2. The claim for the Money Back must be sent to us by a message through the web site within 48 hours after receipt of the goods and must be followed by the return in full of the claimed shipment to our office according to the shipping instructions sent by us within 48 hours after receipt of the claim.

  3. The full refund will be made within 7 days after receipt of the claimed delayed shipment in our office.

  4. The 5 days delivery to your door excludes delays caused by acts of terrorism, emergency security measures, extreme weather or other acts of God. These delays will be identifiable on the carrier's web site.

  5. The customer has the right to keep and use any delayed shipment and in such situation the Money Back Guarantee applies to the shipping charges only as listed in the invoice. The full refund of the shipping charges shall be made within 7 days after receipt of the customer's claim in accordance with the above paragraph 2.

Customer Error

In the event of a customer error, we will try to work with you to resolve the issue in the most cost effective way possible.

We require the problem graphic be returned to our office and we will reprint the order at top priority at a discount.
