Our Shipping Policy

Express Saver - 2 days transit time

Charter customers will receive their signs directly from Europe via UPS or Federal typically within 5 days of confirming the proof.

Blue Ridge Art & Graphics charges a nominal amount, equivalent to typical domestic UPS charges, but absorbs the full international portion.

Average UPS ground charges will start from $29 per order (for a minimum order charge) and will increase according to the actual weight.

Our web site automatically calculates the approximate weight of your order and will indicate when your order is over 200Lb. 200 lbs is the break point where air freight is often cheaper, though longer transit, than UPS or FedEx. At this point, you have the Air Freight option described below, and could save up to 10% of your orders' value. Just let us know your choice and delivery requirements and we will update the order costs on the web the new pricing expressed as a credit.

Air Cargo - 7 days transit time

Orders of over 2,500 sqft will automatically be quoted by our web site for delivery via Air Freight to a US International Airport of your choice. Pick-up from the International Airport is the customers' responsibility. Delivery to your door via truck is also available at an additional cost of $0.10 per sqft of printed media. Please send us a message through the web site if you want delivery to your door.

Damaged Parcels

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package on delivery for and to report and problems to the delivery person or immediately by phone or e-mail to the carrier. Failure to report the exterior damage of the received parcels on the slip receipt may absolve Blue Ridge Art & Graphics of any responsibility regarding the replacement of the goods damaged during transportation.

Goods damaged during the shipment but parcel intact

If damage of the delivered signs is found inside an intact parcel the customer must send, together with the claim, photographs of the packaging and of the damaged signs. At our discretion we may request the return all or portions of the damaged signs to our office in Tucson for further investigation, or replace or refund the damaged signs without personally inspecting the damage.
